Christian Crête is Senior Portfolio Manager at Desjardins Global Assset Management (DGAM). In this capacity, he is the lead portfolio manager of the Core Strategies Equity portfolios. Christian joined DGAM in 2021 as part of the Hexavest integration. Before joining Hexavest, Christian was an equity portfolio manager at the New Brunswick Investment Management Corporation (2006 to 2012), where he also held the role of Research Economist/Analyst from 1999 to 2006. Christian holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics (1998) from the Université du Québec à Montréal and a master’s degree in Economics (1999) from Queen’s University. He is also a CFA charterholder (2002).
